A Old Fashioned ScaleMr. Frazer is a graduate of Madison High School in the Metropolitan Nashville City Schools. After serving in the United States Navy in the Naval Nuclear Power Program, Mr. Frazer attended Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama receiving his Bachelor of Arts, majoring in History while minoring in both Political Science and Biology. While at Huntingdon, he was President of the Judicial Board of the Student Government Association, President of the International Relations Club, and Parliamentarian of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity, which chapter he helped to found. In his senior year, Mr. Frazer received the Julia Rinehart Hughes Award for Excellence in History.

He then attended Auburn University receiving his Master of Arts majoring in European and American History. While at Auburn, he acted as a grading assistant to the History Department.

 Mr. Frazer later moved to Memphis, Tennessee where he attended the University of Memphis and entered it's PhD Program in 1998. As part of that program, he acted as first a Research Assistant (1998-1999) and then as a Teaching Assistant (1999-2005). Mr. Frazer has taught all of the preliminary history surveys in World and American History. He is currently finishing his dissertation in 16th century Tudor Parliamentary History and is currently ABD with a major area in British History with minor areas in Early Modern Europe, Medieval, and Ancient History. While at the University of Memphis, Mr. Frazer acted as the History Senator to the Graduate Student Association Council rising from Parliamentarian (2003-2004), to Vice-President (2004-2005), and finally to President in academic year 2005-2006. Mr. Frazer was also President of Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society in the 1999-2000 academic year. Mr. Frazer was also involved in helping to launch both the Graduate African-American and European Conferences at the University. The African-American Conference is still active with a conference meeting each and every Fall Semester.
